i have a94 gtp keep blowing struts at all 4 corners struts have been replaced 2 times strutr are monroes brought from auto zone now iam wondering is it the struts that iam using? they are the basic struts. or does anyone think that my front coils and rear monoleaf springs are bad? should i go with the kybs or dealer struts.

Definatily go with KYB struts. GM struts are shit. A guy once told me if GM spends $3.00 on a strut it was too much.

Yeah go with KYB. The Monroes are shit, my mom's Euro (same struts as your GTP) went through a set of Monroes in 10k miles. I've had KYB GR-2 Gas Struts on for about 25,000mi. and they still feel new.--Rob

I have yet to replace my Monroe, even though they are toasted. I am waitin on funds for the FFP Rear strut conversion pieces, and was waiting on the FFP front kit.
Does anyone know if Michael is still doin the shop or more importantly, I spoke with him before, and he said the fronts were in "testing" stage .. anyone know more about this or is it dropped since he selling his car ?!New member of 200,000 mile club as of May 16, 2005Comment
