I thought Cav V6 was always getrag... I though it was the Fiero that had some V6 with Izusu...

Ive been doing some reading on v6z24 and alot of people are always asking if there tranny is a izuzu or a getrag. So there must be variations there.

As for the fieros, i dont realy know anything about them.

Intresting info there. I guess the only v6's that came with the izuzu were the 2.8's.

i have a '90 beretta gt with the 3.1L and auto trans but i found a '93 beretta with 3.1L and manual trans. i plan on doing an entire motor and tranny swap. besides needing the clutch cables, shifters and such would i have to swap the wiring harness and all the electrical?
