Is this trans computer controlled?

Is this the old 700R4 or is it the later version that is electronically controlled? It came bolted up to a 3.4 out of a camaro/firebird

It is was bolted to a 3.4 in a Camaro, I'd have to say that it would be the 4L60E. And with that plug connection sticking up also, kinda leads me to believe that it would definately be computer controlled (to an extent).

Yeah, I'd go on that it's a 4L60-E... The Jimmy has the same plug like that on the side, and it's a 4L60-E. For the most part electronic controlled

It's a 4L60E as the connector is a dead give away. Also, depending on what year it is, it might have PWM.
