What horsepower does it have to survive?
For maximum effort your going to want the 4T60/65E
For a stock or mildly modified engine I would choose the 4T40E since it is more reliable.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

4T65E with the 3.69 final drive.
the 125C is a good tranny with the shift improver kit.

the 125 will hold that just fine with that shift kit. it's a tough tranny. however, if you have the time and money for a 65E swap with gears, that'd be the way to go.Andy
