i have a getrag 282 from a 90z24 in my 99z24 660 swap and im havin a problem with the vss. the tranny has a cable speedo i bileve and ui need a electronic vss. is there any way to put a vss on without splitting the case.idk if i need a pick-up inside or wat.

you should be able to drop in the VSS from a 91 z24(it's gear driven, electronic output), modify the PPM in the tune, and be good to go
