I highly recommend the Raybestos stuff....I run the Blue Plates in my car, but the word is that the Reds are better for a street-driven car. I would have the Red Plates, but they weren't yet available when I had my transmission rebuilt.
I also run billet accumulator pstons from Superior Transmission, and a large B&M auxiliary transmission cooler.
As a rule, I really don't care for clutch-type LSDs......if Torsen or Quaife made a gear-LSD for the 4T45-E, I'd be all over that.

Only downfall is you need to know what your looking for... I bought all of my Raybestos stage 1 equipment from here after smoking my first set in a assembly error.
Jeff is also a very good individual. Yes he can be slow at times for emails, but I do know he does some good work as far as full transmission builds. He's on my list if I start to blow up my hand built one.
WIT and other places also sell raybestos parts.. I just built my 4T60e and cant be happier. the newer tras the better (updated parts and what not). Also places like WIT have hardend parts. My reaction shell self destructed.... They had a hardend one, will help last longer and take more abuse. Trans go probably offers a shift kit or some sort of shift improver. I would also replace the chain, tend to strech and eventually break if driven hard. Im running Raybestos Stage 1 clutches with my Turbo LQ1 (331hp 355TQ to the wheels) and no problems. Hope this helps

For the 60e, there is only the shift correction kit... it doesnt really improve any shifts, and they always say its "NOT a performance kit" so they don't want that confusion. As far as the 45e goes, I'm not sure if thats the same or not.
