I need a intermediate shaft for my 1990 getrag 282. what trans can I use it from does it matter if its from the 2200? I need one for my trans swap and It's one of the last pieces I need except the shifter and cables also does any one know if I can use the flywheel and clutch setup from a 2200?

What are you bolting the trans to? A 2.8/3.1/3100/3400 will require a v6 cavalier or beretta intermediate shaft. The 2.2 ones dont exist I dont think, the izuzu trannies have one long ass axle.
As for the clutch, yes it should work from 2200, but I am not 100%95 Beretta- Lg8 Daily Driver

Are the pressure plates all the same because the trans and motor I would be takin the clutch setup from uses a different style clutch releaseComment
