Can I put the bellhousing ffrom a newer 05ish "tap-shift" transmission on a older non tapshift tranny. Like a 2002ish t65e-hd? Sorry if this is obvious I looked at some pictures and they didn't look to diffrent.

The bell housing pattern is the same as long as you are using a 4T65E from a V6 application. V8 (LS4) application transmissions have a different bolt pattern IIRC.Originally posted by gar70614 View Post -
