Sm465 4 speed with a 3500?

Does anyone know if a 2.2 bellhousing could be made to work with a sm465 truck trans. I have a suburban that I am thinking of putting a turbo 3500 inn and was thinking of keeping the 4 speed if I could for simplicity and strength.

I imagine if the trans bolts to the bellhousing you could make it work with the correct clutch/flywheel combo.
