Well I after all the partying last night, I put my car into reverse and yes, I did mash the throttle a bit. But here is the thing, the car didn't move. I can't get the car to move at all in reverse, or it will only creep forward. When you put the car in gear, and give it gas, the engine will slowly rise to about 3k and that is where it will sit. Any ideas?

How drunk were you? Didn't run over any stumps or large rocks? Is the parking brake on? One foot on the gas and one on the brake? Sound like stupid questions, but when we're smashed, we tend to do stupid things. -

it sound like an internal problem. it could be several different things. it would be best to take it into a tranny shop and have it looked at.
