s-10 ppl (I need some info)

what year/engine/tranny comes with 3.42 for 28 spline axle,7.5/7.6 diff?
I'm thinking 89+ 4.3 autos, but someone correct me if I'm wrong

I got my 3.42 gears from and 88 blazer 4.3 auto 4x4

I have 3.42's in my 86 2.8 4sp manual. all stock

28 spline was 89+ IIRC, I know that the '94+ dfinatly had the 28 spline. I believe that '89 to '93 could have been either or, 26 or 28 spline.
