284 interchange and aftermarket???????

ok now that i finally have a manual. can anything interchange with the 282 which has a bigger aftermarket?

what i am mainly curious about is flywheel interchange.

and is there an aftermarket for the 284?

does any1 make a lighter flywheel?

what about clutch/pressure plate?

i have a clutch and throwout bearing already with the car and it looks nice but no pressure plate. what would be a good product recommendation?

the clutch is a clutchnet and looks like a stage2 would in design.
