    4t60e auto and manual flywheel

    are they the same? i did a search and didnt find the answer so does anyone know? thanks.

    a manual flywheel and auto flexplate are VERY different and not interchangable.

      I think what he means, I hope, is that the flywheels will mate to the crank. Yes, they will.

        for future referance, the flywheel is for manuals. For automatics it is refered to as a "flexplate".

          Flyplate, flexwheel. Bolt pattern is the same. For future reference.

            ok thanks, and yes i meant will a auto "flexplate" mount to a manual crank.
