I was thinking black with brushed aluminum lettering, or polished like above, that looks really nice.

Black valve covers with silver plenums look good...
With mine the valve covers will be black, UIM/LIM silver, UIM with black lettering, silver TB, black TCE manifold spacer, black TB adapter...You may or may not know 10 times what i do.
