Turn over but not starting?

I just did the 3400sfi swap into my Pontiac 6000. The engine never ran for about 3-4 years and we did the swap turned the key no hesitation fired up beautifully. Ran smooth for about an hour and bit but out of the blue it shut off almost as if someone shut the car off. Checked the connections, checked for spark, checked if the fuel pump works and checked for fuel and everythings appears to be fine. Now it seems that theres fuel up to the rail but theres nothing beyond that, its like the injectors aren't working. I can poor gas into the intake and it'll run fine until the gas runs out.

So any tips and ideas to get this thing running would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check fuses, especially to the injectors?

Yup checked all the fuses and there fine

ohm each injector.. you want to see 12 to nearly 14 ohms each... too low would be like 9 and lower... could cause your injector circuit to draw too much and shut down before it blew a fuse... unplug suspected injector(s) and try to fire it up...

i'll try that but but it's like there is nothing commanding the injectors to turn on, but i did pull the injector harness apart and saw some slits in some wires and some old wires that needed to be freshened up. i bought this car off a friend from work and now it's a complete 3400sfi running on a 2.8 computer so theres a lot of things that could be wrong but it ran perfectly fine for an hour or longer but i'm keeping my hopes up with your answers.
