Torque Specs on upper intake manifold (3.1)

Hi all,

Anyone know the torque specs for the upper intake manifold bolts on a 3.1 (2000 Malibu)?

I can't find them anywhere in my Chilton manual, and I understand these manifolds crack very easily if not torqued properly.
