    motor mount locations

i did a search on this, havent been able to find anything....

i need to know if the 2.8l block mounting holes would lineup with the mounting holes on a 3500?

i want to put a 3500 in my fiero that just wasted a rod bearing, but im trying to keep custom fab work to a minimum, i.e. no custom mounts. i asked on the fiero forum and got mixed answers some said "minor" mods to one mount to clear the oil pan, others said i needed all custom :/

im ok with doing the wiring/cooling because that will need to be done on anything i swap into it.

No, they do not line up. I'm trying to remember the name of the guy who did a 3500 swap into his Fiero... I am pretty sure he documented the mount issue...

    EDIT - merlot566jka

Do a search on motor mounts and his name and see what comes up.
