Who would you recommend for program

I have a MPFI 2.8L IH out of an '89 Camaro with manual trans that was rebuilt as a 3.1L. I want use the motor in an older vehicle. I also have a 1227727 ECU and harness from a '90 Lumina that I would like to use to control the motor. When installing the motor I will be using headers w/o EGR, power steering w/o feedback to ECU, no VSS or VATS. I relize this is pretty basic but who would you recommend to provide a new ECU chip for this install?

I thought of Ben but when I looked at his site it indicated he wrote code for prom but did not actually burn new chips. I will take your advice and see what he says. Thanks!
