I have oil squirting out a little hole in my fuel pump, whats the deal?

What make, model, year, engine? I assume it's a mechanical pump? (that'd be REALLY wierd if oil was squirting out an in-tank pump).

Get a new pump.

Yea get a new pump and gasket. Shes sprung a leak.
