I need bolt torque specs for an 06 3500

I need to put the bottom end of my 3500 from an 06 Pontiac G6 back together so I can test the 7x reluctor ring I had made for it. Specifically the rod bolts and main caps and oil pump or in a nut shell all of the bottom end torque specs.

Thanks a bunch, but that final pass "X" number of degrees bit sounds like a recipe for disaster.

I just busted two taps trying to thread the holes drilled in some of the 7x rings I have for the set screws, I guess I'll need to switch to a metric drill bit, I believe they are slightly larger in diameter than their standard equivalent. I successfully completed one ring and broke a piece of each of the two taps off in the hole on two others. I only need one so I'll save the others for some other time.

If your first ring works, would you sell the other two to me with the broken taps? I am in the beginning of helping a friend with a 3500 in a fiero as well. I may be able to help you with a dog bone mount for your Fiero if you are interested.

We already have a 3400 in his Fiero with the original front cover and Alternator bracket working. We are hoping to get the same front cover to work on the 3500 to keep a very stock look with not very stock go fast.

You can buy a degree torque wrench which is the proper way to do it.
