    Rough idle

My Brother has a 92 GT Bretta and he wanted me to ask you all , when he first starts the car it idles high which i know its supposed to when the motors cold but it will idle rough like its not hitting on all cylinders and then soon as motor warms up it , it idles fine.. He said that he unpluged the iat sensor and it didnt do it . Would this make a diff??? and could it be the IAT Sensor ??

It runs fine after it warms up? I'd do a fuel pressure test as see if the regulator is ok.

Yeah he said after the motor warms up , it idles smooth ... Its just between when the high idle is on and when it slowly goes down to where it should be after warmed up....

OT - Why do you always post in the Site Articles area?!?! This is NOT an area for maintenance issues. Please learn to post in the correct area.

        -Topic moved to correct location....

yeah, I'd look at the FPR also
plus, it sounds like the motor might be in need of a good de-carb
