    TPS problem

i just gota chip for my 3400 turbo and i would like to test it too its fullest but i have a TPS problem, the car barely wants to run with it plugged in, hesitating, stalling, black smoke, bogging all over, not drivable. With it unplugged it runs fine, i know it takes boost too but im not trying to boost it because its still in limp mode. I have replaced the TPS with a spare with no luck, what readings should i be getting at the TPS connector? Any help is appreciated , Thanks
