Aluminum Head 3.4l Valve Stem seal Install

Ok I got the Felpro HST 9071 PT-1 kit to do the head Gaskets on a 2002 Venture. I have twisted the old valve stem seal off. But cannot figure how the get the new ones on. I have searched here and googled the subject, but no luck.

New seals are felpro 70829 and are black, not red blue or whatever that everyone talks about. No one speaks of the actual process of installing the new seals. Do you twisted and push, socket and mallet, or large c clamp them on.

Intake valves are approx 1.76 and Valve stems are larger than .511. Don't have a micrometer.

Yeah stuck a 16mm socket over it and pushed down and rocket it a little. Looked down it was on. Didn't feel go down though. Was being careful as it wasn't my engine.
