We'll the injectors and injector harness is off of a 99 and the rest of my wiring is from a 2001

I'll pull them out and check for spray then, that's the only other thing I can think of... Any ideas on what could be wired wrong?

can you post a video walk through of the wiring?
I guess if you had a bad ground on the ICM it wouldn't fire off very well, make sure it's getting power with the key on.Comment
