Help with part for 2000 3.1L

Anyone know the part# for the grommet that seals the plastic tube that goes from the back rocker arm cover to the air intake tube. I do not know the name of the tube.

This may be the only way to get a new one. Or there is always the junkyard. I could use the grommet/seal for the tube that goes from the PCV to the upper intake.
