    Bad waterpump?

This is for my brothers 89 Beretta GT 2.8L , 203,300 MILES.
Well my brother noticed that his low coolant light came on a few days ago. He filled the coolant tank with water and coolant because it was all gone . So today I decided to take a look at the car. When I turned on the car my brother said coolant was spilling all over the place. He told me it was a hose but I look closer and it looks like theres coolant all over the belt. I still dont know where the coolant is coming from. Im almost postive that its the waterpump . Any clues on what else it could be ? Also how hard is it to change a waterpump ? Ive never done one on these cars .

probababababally one of the steel pipes running by the passenger front wheel well.

Most likely the heater core return line.
