how do you remove the valve seal on a 3x00

thats how far i have my heads apart... how does the seal come off the head.. ive tried pliers and ive tried to pry it loose .. im out of ideas ...

theyre just kinda baked on or stuck with the oil...

use plyers to twist and pull them off. they'll come, dont worry.
