Electrical system questions

I just replaced the cylinder heads on my Cav and now it won't start. It is an electrical problem. I replaced my coils and ignition module and it still won't run. Also when I turn the ignition switch to on without starting the car, wait a few seconds, and then turn the headlights on, the fuel pump goes on with the lights, and shuts off when I turn the lights off. Remember, this is not with the car running. What is going on?

you might want to stare at your connectors for a while, i dunno what it could be but make sure you didnt pinch anything anywhere and all the conectors are plugged in as they should be.
