Leaking intake , silver seal question

45000 miles ago my son added silver seal ,, it worked had a leak drivers side by back under by thermostat housing... problem leak is back ... what the odds a fresh dose of seal will seal it up .. or bite the bullet and tear it down

3.1 96 skylark with 145K on it

Rebuild on weekend ... call junk yard Monday come and get er.

Tear it down. It is the oil pump drive O-Ring.

1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
1990 4Door, 3.2L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. 4X4. Trooper
