I have a 89 z24 with a thrown rod. I bought a block I was told was a 3.1. It turns out to be a 3100. I allready have new 3.1 heads for it. Will it all bolt up?

Yes the upper end will work on the 3100.
IIRC, The front of block is a little different where the engine mount gets bolted on.1999 Grand Prix SE 3100

fyi you'll need a new front engine bracket to bolt to the front engine mount.got zap-straps?
