Torque Sequence

Hey all, new here, first post. lol, anyway. Does anyone have the torque sequence for the head bolts on a 3100(97), I found the torque specs i just need the sequence so i dont mess up the fresh heads, and also the lower and upper intake sequence as well. Ive been searchin like crazy on the site and found one but the link is dead, its over a year old. Please if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
