I'd start with basics like you do with any motor. Larger free-flowing exhaust. Real CAI. Other than that I'm not sure what's really out there since it's a new motor. I guess custom headers would be next, or boost

    16.0 1/4 mile when stock. Now ???
    Original L82 Longblock
    with LA1, LX9, LX5 parts
Manifold-back 2.5" SS Mandrel Exhaust. Hardware is SS too.

I don't know of any bolt on stuff, perhaps search for some monte carlo forums. If there isn't any bolt on ehxaust stuff, then you'll have to get it custom done by yourself or a shop like everyone else.

I don't know how your exhaust is setup on your car or what size it is. But going to a larger size (within reason) and eliminating any restrictions (2ndary O2 u-bend if there is one), is the way to go. A larger size exhaust with hi-flow cat and straight through muffler (dynomax, magnaflow, etc) is the best for flow.

For a CAI, you'll probably have to make your own.

I'm not sure this is the appropriate forum for this question, perhaps a moderator would like to move it to the appropriate one.

No, I was just pissed because it didn't move for some odd reason. We've had alot of DB errors today, so this might have been one of those times. At first, I thought the poster just reposted since his thread was gone, then I noticed it never moved in the first place!!

Anyway, to cover the topic... We haven't seen many mods to these engine yet since they are relatively new.

Does GM have a generic tune or some other company for that engine he could purchase? Just an idea. I'd take off his govenor.

Not a lot of options out there yet but a good place to start would be with tuning ability. I believe that Carputing has something for your car.
