oil squirters 5-6

wondering if anyone atempted to
make some oilsuirter(s) for the nr 5-6 pistons on the 3400 block ?

this should be possible right ?

I have 3 3500 oil squirters hat I plan on installing in the 3400 block. I just haven't been able to get the block set up in the mill yet, to do the nessisary machining.

I like the design of the 3500 oil squirters, since they have a spring loaded valve that at low (or no) oil pressures will keep the oil in the main oil galley, so that start up is not dry.

There are old school ways of making oil squirters with brake line and tapping off oil passges in the block as well.

I can use some volkswagen squirters.
these also feature the valve to keep the system pressurized
after shut down.

do you have any drawings/pics of the procedure ?

Nope, all I have are the oil squirters, a block and a mill, oh and someone else that knows what they are doing.

We're just going to figure it out as we go along.
