My car is going to be ready to run this week, I baught a tuner and I want to know if I should order a new PCM. My PCM was first tuned by RSM, do they lock there PCM's?????

You'll have to ask them to find out. In particular ask if they changed the OSID. Can you post the RSM bin file?Your local OBDII moderator
