3100 Upper intake manifold

I read some where that the new 3100 upper intakes flow more than the older ones. Can someone tell me what years and models have the best upper intakes?

00+ 3100s (and some 99) got the larger plenum. It is the same size as the 3400 plenum. BUT, you MUST also swap out the lower manifold in order to use the new plenum. And since you have a 95, you may also have clearance issues with the lower plenum if you have the stamped rockers.
