Exhaust anyone??

Hey, there isn;t to much info about mufflers and what sounds good on these 60 motors. i got a 4x4 jimmy and my roomate here at school has a jeep and we get in these little "who's is better" convo's.. just wonderin what people thought of some different exhaust and if people have sound clips it would be appriciated.. so he just put a flowmaster super 40 on his jeep and its pretty hard core.. sooo let me know of any suggestions.

Flowmasters barely make any more hp than a stock style muffler or a turbo style muffler. If you want a good sound with no drone/rasp, use a 5x8x14 Magnaflow and no resonator. Stay away from the small body mufflers. They're louder and have more rasp.

X2 on the Magnaflow. I have one on my Camaro and it sounds pretty good.

i like the flowmaster 60 series mufflers. they are designed for small engines (4 and 6 cyl) and arent raspy.

I also like the the flowmaster sound on these engines albeit a little too loud for my tastes without a resonator. I hear the Hooker Aerochambers are also supposed to sound good on various V6's too.

Again.. Hooker Aerochambers. you can't beat the sexxiness.

Maybe i'll see about getting sound clips of a bunch of different '660's exhaust at the V6 bash.

LOL, Open headman headers..(2.5" colectors) cant beet the power, cant beet the sound, and cant beet that feeling of the precution on ur chest..
