    2.8/3.4 headers (4x4 blazer)

Can anybody give me a list of some people that makes headers for the 2.8. I'm really looking for a 4x4 right now but later on my dad wants some on his 2x also.
Also list any pros and cons of them if you've used the brand.

From what I can find everybody says the headmans are crap on a 4x4. They run right into the front halfshafts and the shifter linkage (auto). Thanks guys

I have heard nothing but good things about Hedman. I actually found a pair of Hedman LTs for my car by chance but I havn't put them on yet.

I had headmans on my old Trans Am, had to put a few dents in the primaries to get them to fit but had no problems after that.

maybe they put the wrong headers on then. I have herd they work well. There is a difference between auto and manual trans.

                  Hi there!

I can't speak for fitment on a 4WD but I have the Edelbrock TES headers on both my truck and Blazer (both 2.8 2WD) and am happy with the fit. The Blazer still has the factory exhaust on it (104k miles, so it wasn't driven much before I got it) and the Edelbrock headers slipped right on to the stock converter, just as advertised.

I might look into the edelbrock ones. The 3 guys I've talked to all had problems getting headmans to fit on 4x4s. One guy even sent them back and got another set and the same issues. I've heard nothing but good from them on the 2 wheel drives though.
