    3900 max lift??

    What is the max lift that I can go with for a cam on the 3900?
    3.4 DOHC- 95 engine, custom intake manifold, custom cams, ported exhaust manifolds, Turbonetics T-62, Haltech standalone, 13.5 psi, air/h20 intercooler... yadda yadda...
    1987 Fiero, ST lowering springs, KYB's, Clutchnet dual diaphragm 6-puck, custom paint, 18's with falken fk452 225 front Nitto NT05 245 rear. Should be around 450whp...

    whatever you find, make sure you remember that the RAR is 1.7 on the 3900, i thought it was 1.6, but found out different from the ben

    FWIW the valve lift on the stock cam is .462, lobe lift published as .272

      That's something that you'll have to measure for yourself.. the springs will play a large part in it.. I'd say .600 or so but double check your piston to valve clearance as well.
