    would it work????

    i just got a 2.8 25 bucks it was a steal, would the 3.4 sfi intake fit on the 2.8, any alterations in the wiring??? i would like to know before i buy another truck

    Yet it will fit just fine.
    1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

      it will fit, but if you don't change the heads the intake ports won't line up correctly.

        all the fuel injection 2.8,3.1,3.4 iron heads are the same.

        candychevy87, if you are talking about putting the intake in a s-10 then it will have to be rewired they have 6 injectors, but can be done easy

          Yea the post is kind of vague. I am not exactly sure what engine year or vehicle he is referring to. But I am 90% sure he was talking about an iron head 2.8L

            i have a 3.4 in my s10 allready i just have an extra 2.8 i wanna build up, its an 87 block, but is their any computer wiring i would have to change out?

              If your trying to run SFI in your S-10 then yes you need to change all the wiring and the ECM.
