On my 89 3.1 dirt car we have to run stock manifolds. Is there a better flowing exhaust manifold that I can use on my 3.1 or do I just have to port mine out?

you can use 3400 manifolds they flow better then the 3.1 but you will have to fab up a down pipe as they are not the same01 olds shilluette 3400/4T65-E stock for now -
I have two 3500 front exh. manifolds that have been ported and will come with 2.25" flanges for sale if you are interested. These are like shorty headers and do not use a crossover pipe so you would have to fab pipes to make 2-1 pipes or run dual exh. PM me with your location and we can discuss a priceComment

3500 manifolds won't work on 3.1 heads.. sorry
the ports are so wide that they won't seal against the heads.
3400 manifolds would be the best option, they flow a little better than the old 3.1 style.Comment
