    4.3 TB swap Q's

Will the Edelbrock intake work for this, or do I need to find another 3.1 intake?

Or is there a different after market intake that will compliment the 3.4 swap? And still be able to keep the TBI?

Keep the stock intake and bore it out for the 4.3L TBI unit. The TBI intake is actually quite good. Just clean up the casting and gasket match it. Thats about as good as your going to get.

From what I understand the throttle blades on the 4.3 tb are a lot bigger than the 3.1 intake bores, so yeah by being able to open them all the way up should make a big difference. Kinda like going from a 2bbl carb to a 4bbl carb.

We're not talking about the same parts here. Your talking about a throttle body from a 4.3L Vortec. We are talking about a bigger throttle body from a 4.3L with Throttle Body Injection. Completely separate issues and in no way are the parts similar.
