2005 g6 ecm.... i need to find out if it is possible to reprogram it for no trans or egr and so forth?

From what I remember, the new PCMs use CAN protocol, which is different from previous PCMs. Therefore, the typical companies (such as HP Tuners) currently don't have anything that can reprogram them. Places like SuperChips MIGHT have a programmer, but I highly doubt that it will have access to the areas of the program you will need in order to delete stuff like trans control out of it.-Brad-

Oddly enough, HP tuners does not cover the 2005 G6. They start from 06 and up.Your local OBDII moderator
