    top end swap

    i have 88 2.8 tbi and wondering if there's any problems putting a 88-89 camaro 2.8 top end mpfi

    It will bolt up no problem not sure about hood clearence, if thats an issue. You will have to get wiring harness and computer also, not sure if the distributors are the same. The gain is only 10hp and 10 lb/ft of torque, alot of work for not much gain. The 2.8 can be stroked to 3.1 with a crank and pistons add a cam, headers, porting and a good tune you might have something

      k thanx .i have everything to do it. i got it for free. the motor is tired .i figured a refresh and put it on

        The MPFI heads had bigger valves, if you have those that would help with flow.
