I did a swap to a 252 comp cam in my old 2.8. Didn't make much of a difference until I decided to change to the comp springs too. Then the engine felt crisp and responsive again like new!Comment

The cam kit and a 4.3 tbi will definetly make a difference but I don't now how much a chip will give you if anything. I've heard from some that adding a chip made diff. in there performance.Comment
