I was just posting it as reference, they have supplied good parts for me. By the way will a 3800 throttle body bolt up on a 3100?

No, and why would you want to use a 3800 TB? Even if the bolt holes lined up which the don't, it uses a rubber O-ring to seal to the factory plastic upper intake on the 3800 and the IAC is in a different spot, so that wouldn't work. Plus it's longer and has a venturi style MAF built into it.

iirc the early 3100's came with a 52mm TB? Not sure if the later 3100's with the large port intake mani's from the 3400 came with the larger TB or not, but the 3400 came with a 56mm TB so you could probably use that if you were looking for a cheap oem upgrade. Otherwise you can get 62mm or 65mm from WOT tech.

                  Thanks for the information.

Yeah I will use a 3.4 , like wise the the whole intake. Since it has better, flow.

They just supplied you with factory GM parts at a high price and you bought it thinking it was a real stroker kit. GM done the "stroker" when they went from a 2.8 to a 3.1 so the parts were already out there and normally a lot cheaper than the fake stroker kit.
