a Friend of mine wants to do headers to my car....3100 v6 sfi chevy lumina...now i know making headers is not just welding tubes...i want to know the specs of one...size of tubbing ect, ect.....any help or pics would be greatly appreciated

You'll want to use 3/8" flanges for strength, WOT-TECH store sells them.
1 5/8" primaries. Ideally would be equal length, and if you can fit it, long tube. I think it was something like 32" works out ideal but it's been a while so I'm not positive.sigpic
