3.1 MPFI to 3100 SFI IM Swap?

I have a 91 Lumina 3.1 MPFI that is running and a 94 Grand Am 3100 SFI that is not. Can the 94 SFI lower and upper IM be swapped onto the 91 MPFI without much hassle? Would there be anything to gain from this swap?

You would need to swap the heads as well. But yes, once all that is done, it is a significant increase in power.

Thanks, but a dropped valve seat is why the '94 isn't running. Will heads from a '96 Lumina work?
