2.8L HP Upgrades?

I wonder how the towing cam would do? I don't pull anything but it would be nice to have some mid-range power.

I don't know if it's still available but the gm 3.4 crate engine cam kit might be what you want:454 / 427 107 ls .

A towing cam would be great. Very hard to make good hp numbers with cast iron heads. My 3.4 is running a Sealed Power cam #CS192R, don't think you can get it any more. Specs are 214/224, .443/.465 ,LCA 112. If you bumped up your CR would help to. My Fiero with a bad tune on the dyno pulled a 155 hp@4500 and 230+ tq @ around 2500 at the wheels
