3100 Year 2000 Grand Prix performance

Okay, I've a 2000 Grand Prix SE. What can I do for it in terms of perfomance? What kind of kits are out there? Would I have to go for a custom exhaust? What are my options for boost? I noticed rsm racing makes a 3100 S/C, could I go with that? What else is there?

So far all I've done is get a fender well intake. What should I do next?

I'd recomend headers, there are many brands, but if you in california the only ones i've found that are carb legal are for The Other Guys. I notised a big difference when i got mine! hope this helps!

Ps. how much do you have to spend?

I've got a few thousand, but since I intend on this being a long term project, the budget is almost unlimited.
