3.4L Camaro Clicking Help?

Hello. =]
I'm new to this forum and found out it's fantastic.
I have a question about my 3.4L Camaro. It has an auto trans (that I just replaced with a rebuilt)

It seems that in higher rpms (3000+) it starts to have this clicking noise before it shifts. It's only when I step on the gas and accelerate quickly. If I drive "granny-style" it doesn't make the sound.

Any help would be fantastic!

cracked flex plate? loose bolts? take it back to the shop.
